US stocks opened with AI-related stocks broadly rising, Twilio up over 3.03%

AI-related stocks rose broadly, with Twilio up 3.03%, ServiceNow up 2.57%, SAP up 2.05%, Adobe up 1.82%, and Accenture up 1.78%.
