Wanchain Offers White Hat Settlement Proposal to Attacker, Allowing 10% Bounty Retention

Odaily Planet Daily News: Cross-chain infrastructure Wanchain has announced that it is offering a white hat settlement proposal to the attacker involved in the July 20 theft of NIGHT tokens from the Wanchain Cardano cross-chain bridge. The proposal requires the attacker to return 90% of the stolen NIGHT tokens before 20:00 Beijing time on August 6, and allows the attacker to retain 10% as a white hat bounty. If returned on time, Wanchain will treat the action as white hat behavior and will not pursue civil litigation.
