US stocks open with AI concept stocks broadly rising, Arm up over 16.5%

AI concept stocks broadly rose, with Arm up 16.5%, CoreWeave up 13.75%, Astera Labs up 12.73%, Microsoft up 11.65%, and Teradyne up 9.6%.
