Kimchi-connected wallet accused of buying and selling STAR and other tokens shortly after listing for profit

2026-07-27 15:13
Odaily Planet Daily News According to on-chain detective Specter, the wallet (2yu...BMC) publicly shared by Kimchi in an X reply in April 2024 is linked to transactions involving several tokens shortly after their listing. On May 30, 2024, at 13:41 UTC, within the same minute of STAR's deployment, the Kimchi-connected wallet purchased tokens for 2.96 SOL, worth $407, and later sold them for $45,600. On June 11, 2024, at 23:38 UTC, two minutes after the deployment of DADDY ANSEM, the wallet bought tokens for 4.94 SOL, worth $730, and subsequently sold them for $14,600. On June 26, 2024, at 22:45 UTC, one minute after the deployment of MUVA, the wallet acquired tokens for 2.9 SOL, worth $407, and later sold them for $53,000. Specter also stated that a cluster of exchange deposit addresses revealed five other wallets involved in the same MUVA launch bundle trade. Currently, there is no verifiable evidence proving that Kimchi generated eight-figure USD profits from the TRUMP token.
