Covering over 39 million users globally, World plans to launch a new version of the World ID application

Odaily Planet Daily News World announced that the project has entered Phase 3 of its third year. This phase will focus on promoting the application of proof of personhood in more scenarios around World ID, including real-name participation in Zoom meetings, preventing bots in Tinder matches, and combating ticket scalpers for concerts. The World ID network currently covers over 39 million users worldwide. World stated that in the next phase, it will further expand proof of personhood to consumer platforms, enterprise customer identity verification, and human identity binding to AI agents. It also plans to launch a new version of the World ID application and announce new developments this fall.
