Authorization granted: Ondo Finance's Oasis Pro Markets can now offer tokenized securities trading in the US

Odaily reports: Ondo Finance has announced that its SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, has received authorization from U.S. regulators to launch regulated tokenized securities markets and services in the United States, under the oversight of the SEC and FINRA. Oasis Pro Markets' authorization allows it to conduct tokenized securities trading in the U.S., including over-the-counter trading, underwriting primary market issuances, private placements, and other activities.
