Bitcoin mining company Cango completes 10-for-1 reverse stock split and will adopt new CUSIP
Odaily Planet Daily reports: Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Cango announced that it has completed a 10-for-1 reverse stock split as of 5:00 PM Eastern Time on July 20, 2026. The plan involves the company's authorized, issued, and outstanding Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The post-split Class A common stock will resume trading on the New York Stock Exchange at the opening bell on July 21, 2026, under the same ticker symbol "CANG," but with a new CUSIP number G1820C 110.
Following the completion of the reverse stock split, Cango's total authorized share capital remains unchanged at $100,000, divided into 100 million common shares with a par value of $0.001 per share.
