Crypto sector continues to pull back, Meme sector remains relatively resilient
Odaily Planet Daily reported on July 20 that, according to SoSoValue data, the crypto market sector continues to decline, while the Meme sector remains relatively resilient, rising 0.56% in 24 hours. Among them, Pepe (PEPE) is up 4.38%, BUILDon (B) is up 31.65%, and Pump.fun (PUMP) is up 22.76%. Meanwhile, Bitcoin (BTC) is down 0.25%, rebounding above $64,000; Ethereum (ETH) is up 0.52%, trading narrowly around $1,800.
In other sectors, the Layer 2 sector fell 0.11% in 24 hours, with Mantle (MNT) relatively resilient, rising 1.55%; the Layer 1 sector fell 0.14%, but Canton Network (CC) rose 3.15%; the PayFi sector fell 0.31%, with Telcoin (TEL) rallying 5.05% intraday; the CeFi sector fell 0.41%, with Cronos (CRO) down 2.30%; the DeFi sector fell 0.60%, with Jupiter (JUP) bucking the trend and rising 1.73%.
The crypto sector index, reflecting historical sector performance, shows that the ssiMeme, ssiNFT, and ssiLayer1 indices rose by 1.27%, 0.65%, and 0.45%, respectively.
