According to MSX.COM data, at the U.S. stock market open, the Dow fell 1.04%, the S&P 500 fell 1.15%, the Nasdaq fell 1.75%, and the VIX volatility index rose 14.05%. AI concept stocks fell broadly, with Intuitive Surgical down 10.79%, Cadence down 6.35%, Astera Labs down 5.4%, Teradyne down 5.01%, and KLA down 4.83%.
