BVIX (Bitcoin Volatility Index) is currently quoted at 37.09, up 0.22% intraday. EVIX (Ethereum Volatility Index) is currently quoted at 51, up 2.62% intraday.
In forex, the offshore Chinese yuan (USD/CNH) rose 0.11% intraday to 6.7804. The US dollar against the Japanese yen (USD/JPY) rose 0.04% intraday to 162.432.
In global stock indices, the Euro Stoxx 50 (EUSTX50) fell 0.21% intraday to 6,199.04 points; the UK FTSE 100 (UK100) fell 0.2% to 10,535 points; and the German DAX 40 (GER40) fell 0.31% to 24,715.6 points.
In commodities, WTI crude oil rose 2.69% intraday to $81.79 per barrel. Brent crude rose 1.95% intraday to $86.63 per barrel.
