Odaily Planet Daily News: On July 15, the U.S. International Trade Commission voted to initiate a Section 337 investigation into certain dynamic random access memory devices and their downstream products and components (II) (Investigation Code: 337-TA-1511). The U.S. International Trade Commission will determine the end date of the investigation within 45 days from the date of filing. Except in cases where the U.S. Trade Representative vetoes for policy reasons, any remedial orders issued by the U.S. International Trade Commission in Section 337 cases will take effect on the date of issuance and will become final on the 60th day after the date of issuance.
