Foreign media: SK Hynix accelerates mass production of HBM4 for NVIDIA

According to foreign media reports, SK Hynix has officially initiated mass production and shipment of 12-layer HBM4 for NVIDIA, with the product entering the ramp-up phase. Unlike previous supplies which were classified as samples, this marks the first time HBM4 has passed all quality certifications as a final specification, targeting NVIDIA's next-generation AI platform "Vera Rubin". It is reported that starting from September this year, SK Hynix will officially expand HBM4 shipment volumes to fully meet NVIDIA's high-end computing chip supply demand. (Jin Shi)
