The Odaily Planet Daily reported that according to Gate data, US and Brent crude oil continued to rise in the short term, with WTI crude standing above $75/barrel, up 5.01% intraday. Brent crude surged 5.00% intraday, now at $79.74/barrel.
Crude oil futures major contracts rose in the short term, with SC crude expanding gains to 2.21%, now at 481.5 yuan/barrel. Low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) expanded gains to 1.92%, now at 4,195 yuan/ton. Fuel oil expanded gains to 2.51%, now at 3,312 yuan/ton. Asphalt expanded gains to 3.13%, now at 3,960 yuan/ton.
On the news front, Trump announced the restoration of the blockade on Iran.
