Bitget CEO: Under Sudden Changes in the Middle East Situation, Weekend Trading Volume of US Stock Tokens Surges 10x

Odaily Planet Daily News: Bitget CEO Gracy Chen posted on platform X, pointing out that with sudden changes in the Middle East situation over the weekend, while traditional US stock markets were closed and global traders were seeking outlets, Bitget's US stock tokens (rToken), as RWA assets supporting 24/7 trading, absorbed the overflow of trading demand. Data shows that rToken trading volume this weekend reached 10 times that of the previous week, an increase of approximately 2.2 times compared to the average weekend volume in June. Among these, rNVDA, rMU, and rGOOGL ranked as the top three by trading volume, and the platform's VIP users showed higher weekend trading activity in US stocks than the average user.

Gracy Chen emphasized that although the absolute value of weekend US stock token trading volume is still in its early stages, volatile market moments have already highlighted the importance of 24/7 trading.
