According to Iranian media Fars News, Rezaei, the spokesperson for the National Security Committee of the Iranian Parliament, stated: "In future confrontations, the enemy will face Iran's comprehensive and sudden strike. Iran has many options that were not used during the 40-day war, including withdrawing from the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, modifying its 'nuclear strategic doctrine,' and blocking the Bab-el-Mandeb strait in addition to the Strait of Hormuz. The proposal to withdraw from the Non-Proliferation Treaty is ready for review in parliament. If Iran faces an existential threat, modifying the 'nuclear strategic doctrine' could also be put on the agenda." (Jinshi)
