Odaily News: After Iran's Revolutionary Guards announced strikes on 85 US military facilities in the region, a senior Iranian MP stated that the US must "recognize the new management system of the Strait of Hormuz." According to official media reports, Ebrahim Azizi, chairman of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, made these remarks on social media, commenting on what the Revolutionary Guards called a "preliminary response" to US acts of aggression. He stated: "There is no other way: The new Iranian system in the Strait of Hormuz must be recognized."
