US stocks closed with AI concept stocks broadly declining, with Astera Labs falling over 11.52%

According to data from MSX.COM, U.S. stocks closed with the Dow down 0.25%, the S&P 500 down 0.45%, and the Nasdaq down 1.16%, while the VIX volatility index rose 3.6%. AI concept stocks saw broad declines, with Astera Labs falling 11.52%, Ambarella down 9.92%, Teradyne down 9.59%, AeroVironment down 8.09%, and Cognex down 7.61%.
