日本证监会建议处罚富途控股旗下券商moomoo

The Japan Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission has recommended administrative penalties against moomoo Securities Co., Ltd., a Japanese broker under Futu Holdings, following an inspection. On June 5, the commission released its inspection results, identifying multiple issues related to the company's sales of NISA (Nippon Individual Savings Account) tax-free investment accounts, customer asset transfers, anti-money laundering reviews, and system risk management.
