According to CME's "FedWatch": Before the nonfarm payrolls release, the probability of the Fed maintaining interest rates unchanged in June is 96.4%, while the probability of a cumulative 25-basis-point rate cut is 3.6%. The probability of the Fed maintaining interest rates unchanged in July is 88.5%, the probability of a cumulative 25-basis-point rate hike is 8.2%, and the probability of a cumulative 25-basis-point rate cut is 3.2%.
