AI Agent commercial layer infrastructure TermiX receives $1 million seed investment from YZi Labs
Odaily Planet Daily News: TermiX, an AI Agent commercial layer protocol, announced it has received a $1 million seed investment from YZi Labs. This funding will be primarily used to accelerate the underlying research and development of its core Agent commercial protocol AACP, drive ecosystem expansion, and deepen integration with leading AI Agent frameworks and cryptocurrency wallets.
TermiX is dedicated to filling the gap in trustless commercial interaction infrastructure for current AI Agent-to-Agent interactions. Its core launched protocol, the Agent Autonomous Commerce Protocol (AACP), builds a complete on-chain economic infrastructure, allowing AI Agents to autonomously publish, bid, execute, verify, and settle commercial tasks.
By integrating on-chain fund escrow, programmable verification strategies (covering zkVM, TEE, and LLM verification), staking & slashing mechanisms, and a portable on-chain reputation system, this protocol provides an indispensable "trust layer" for Agents operating as independent economic participants.
Within the emerging AI Agent technology stack being gradually shaped by Binance, TermiX will act as the core "commercial settlement layer," working in deep synergy with ERC-8004 (Agent ID), the BNBAgent SDK, and the Binance Agentic Wallet to jointly build the foundational blocks of an open on-chain Agent economy.
