Vitalik donates another 64 ETH to animal welfare fund, calling for attention to animal welfare issues

Vitalik stated that the suffering inflicted by humans on billions of animals remains one of the significant but infrequently discussed issues in current society. He also mentioned that the quality of vegetarian and vegan foods globally has seen significant improvement in recent years.

Furthermore, Vitalik specifically mentioned the issue of shrimp welfare, stating that the importance of related topics is often underestimated, and referred to farming practices such as "eyestalk ablation."
