美军宣布今起1.5万人疏导霍尔木兹海峡,伊朗警告“任何干预都违反停火”
Odaily Planet Daily News: The U.S. Central Command stated that the military will begin supporting "Operation Freedom" on May 4th to restore freedom of navigation for commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz. This mission, ordered by Trump, aims to provide support for merchant ships seeking free passage through this vital international trade route.
According to CCTV International News, on May 2nd local time, Ali Nikzad, Deputy Speaker of the Iranian Islamic Consultative Assembly, emphasized in an interview on the coast of the Strait of Hormuz: "The Strait of Hormuz will not return to its pre-war state, and Iran will absolutely not take a single step back from the Strait of Hormuz."
Stephen Innes, Managing Partner at SPI Asset Management, commented on the shipping plan: "This could shift the situation from confrontation to controlled stability. Of course, this is not without risk, as threats from (Iran) still exist, and uncertainty remains over Trump's plan, especially regarding whether the U.S. will ultimately provide naval cover."
