Crypto market sees mixed movements, Meme sector rises nearly 4%, BTC drops to $76,000
According to SoSoValue data on April 30, the cryptocurrency market sectors showed mixed performance, with the Meme sector performing relatively prominently, rising 3.89% in 24 hours. Among them, Dogecoin (DOGE) increased by 7.40%, BUILDon (B) rose by 9.16%, and SPX6900 (SPX), Siren (SIREN) increased by 3.87% and 4.84% respectively. Additionally, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 0.30% to $77,000; Ethereum (ETH) dropped 0.87% but remained above $2,200.
Other notable sectors include: the AI sector rose 1.11% in 24 hours, with SkyAI (SKYAI) surging 27.53%; the Layer 2 sector increased by 0.19%, with Arbitrum (ARB) rising 2.97%.
In other sectors, the PayFi sector fell 0.12%, but Trust Wallet (TWT) rose 0.95%; the Layer 1 sector decreased by 0.39%, with Aptos (APT) jumping 4.75% during the session; the CeFi sector fell 0.55%, but Bitget Token (BGB) remained relatively resilient, rising 1.08%; the DeFi sector dropped 1.06%, while Terra Luna Classic (LUNC) bucked the trend with an 8.83% gain.
The crypto sector indices reflecting historical sector performance show that the ssiMeme, ssiMAG7, and ssiSocialFi indices rose by 3.28%, 0.81%, and 0.59% respectively.
