Avalanche Foundation Launches Research Grant Program, Focusing on Tokenomics and Validator Mechanisms

The program prioritizes research related to the economics of the Avalanche network, focusing on two core areas: First, crypto asset pricing and valuation, specifically investigating how native assets of PoS public chains accumulate value, including the relationship between token issuance mechanisms, monetary policy, network adoption rates, and long-term value. Second, validator economics and network security, with a focus on topics such as optimal staking ratios, validator reward models, validator set health, and non-inflationary reward mechanisms.
