Odaily Planet Daily News: US Senator Cynthia Lummis has released an updated draft of the CLARITY Act, which aims to require digital commodity exchanges, brokers, and dealers to segregate client assets and prohibit the use of client funds and assets as the platform's own property. The draft also proposes that digital commodities held by the platform on behalf of clients be recognized as "customer property" in bankruptcy liquidation proceedings.
