SoftBank plans to make a large-scale investment in this European startup and incorporate it into its newly established company, Roze. SoftBank may complete the transaction in stages, gradually acquiring existing shares and injecting new capital. A source familiar with the matter stated that the deal could ultimately value the Zurich-based Gravis at over $500 million. They indicated that no final decision has been made on the transaction size or structure.
