Hyperliquid's Weekly RWA Trading Volume Surpasses Crypto Trading, HIP-3 RWA Trading Volume Reaches $26 Billion

Odaily reported that Lorenzo Valente, Head of Research at ARK Invest, stated on X platform that DeFi is entering a new era, with Hyperliquid achieving RWA trading volume exceeding crypto trading volume in a single week for the first time, with RWA accounting for 54% of total trading volume. Since June, individual stock trading volume on HIP-3 has surpassed that of indices and commodities. Currently, individual stocks account for 61% of all RWA trading volume. Last week, the total trading volume of DEX perpetual contracts was $79 billion, with Hyperliquid contributing $50 billion, of which $26 billion came from HIP-3 RWA trading. The scale of Hyperliquid's RWA market has already surpassed the total crypto perpetual contract trading volume of all other DEXs combined.
