Whale "First Set Ten Big Goals": It Will Increasingly Become Harder to See Bitcoin Below $60,000 in the Future

2026-07-24 00:21

Odaily reports that the whale "First Set Ten Big Goals" posted on X platform, stating that after closing their short position, they quickly rebuilt a long position because their medium-to-long-term outlook has not changed. They believe that the key dividing zone of the last bull market was around $60,000. Currently, the mainstream mining cost of Bitcoin is roughly concentrated in the $50,000 to $60,000 range. Last month, Bitcoin quickly recovered after briefly dipping to $58,000, validating the support strength in this zone. They believe that, in the absence of systemic risks or significant fundamental changes, the risk-reward ratio of continuing to short at current levels is not favorable. After Bitcoin completes its consolidation and handover within the $58,000 to $63,000 range, and following a correction that solidifies a foothold near $66,000, the market already has the conditions to move higher. It cannot be ruled out that a large bullish candle could push Bitcoin above $72,000.

They also stated that, currently, the overall valuation of U.S. stocks, especially AI-related sectors, is relatively high, and future volatility may increase. Furthermore, the correlation between Bitcoin and U.S. stocks has significantly decreased compared to previous cycles. With continued institutional capital inflows and the continuous strengthening of Bitcoin's asset attributes, Bitcoin is gradually forging its own independent trajectory.
