1. All three major U.S. stock index futures are declining. Dow Jones futures fell 0.20%, S&P 500 futures fell 0.47%, and Nasdaq 100 futures fell 1.27%.
2. International oil prices are collectively rising. WTI crude oil futures rose 4.26% to $74.452 per barrel; Brent crude oil futures rose 4.37% to $79.328 per barrel.
3. International spot gold and silver are both falling. Spot gold fell 1.40% to $4,061.29 per ounce; spot silver fell 2.52% to $58.33 per ounce.

5. META announced it will invest an additional $40 billion in its Louisiana data center, expanding the facility's computing power scale to 5 gigawatts.
6. Renowned journalist Mark Gurman stated that Apple has completed the tape-out of the M7 chip, which is expected to be released in the first half of next year. Apple also plans to launch the M7 Pro and M7 Max by the end of 2027, followed by the M7 Ultra in 2028. Meanwhile, the M8 chip is reportedly already under development and is rapidly transitioning to TSMC's 1.4-nanometer process.
7. SpaceX's Starship will conduct its 13th test flight on Thursday. The primary goal of this test flight is the first deployment of 20 V3 satellites and to gather key data for the sea-based rocket recovery planned for the 14th test flight.
8. Samsung Electronics is reportedly providing samples of its next-generation AI PC-specific processor, "Gaia," to PC manufacturers such as HP and Lenovo. The chip is a neural processing unit (NPU) and is expected to be manufactured using Samsung Electronics' 4-nanometer class process technology.
9. Intel announced an additional investment of 5 billion euros in its Irish factory to upgrade existing wafer fab facilities and install advanced manufacturing equipment, thereby expanding AI chip production capacity.
10. The U.S. memory chip sector is falling before the market open. SK Hynix ADR fell over 10%, SanDisk fell over 6%, and Micron fell over 5%.
