Trump's Crypto Project Cashes Out $1.4 Billion, Funds Shift to Equity and Bond Portfolio with Valuation Reaching up to $2.6 Billion
Odaily reports that the U.S. Office of Government Ethics has disclosed Trump's 2025 financial report. According to a Reuters interpretation of the document, Trump generated over $1.4 billion in revenue through his family's crypto project, World Liberty Financial, and his personal namesake meme coin. A substantial portion of these massive crypto gains was allocated to traditional stable assets such as stocks and bonds. As of the end of 2025, the valuation range of his equity and bond portfolio stood between $703 million and $2.6 billion, representing significant growth compared to the $225 million to $608 million range at the end of 2024. This has sparked market skepticism: while Trump publicly advocates for pro-crypto industry policies, he is personally cashing out crypto assets and shifting towards traditional finance. In response to the controversy, the Trump family business stated that the financial report reflects ample liquidity and a robust balance sheet. The White House responded that his assets are managed independently by a third-party fully discretionary account, and he does not participate in investment decisions.
