钱志敏6万枚比特币案将于今年10月后逐步进入证据与实质审理
Odaily Planet Daily News: A three-day hearing for the Qian Zhimin case involving 60,000 Bitcoins was held from July 7 to 9, 2026. In the next phase, the case's focus will gradually shift towards evidence and asset tracing. It is expected that after October this year, the proceedings will progressively enter the stage of evidence and substantive trial. The court will focus on:
1. How the RMB investment funds entered Blue Sky Greer and related accounts;
2. How the funds were consolidated, transferred, and exchanged;
3. Which funds ultimately have a demonstrable connection to the Bitcoins seized in the UK;
4. The losses, recoveries, and existing compensation status of each claimant;
5. The specific property relationship between individual investors, Blue Sky Greer, and the implicated Bitcoins.
Analysts believe that only after the legal dispute over applicable laws is resolved and the judge makes a ruling this July will the case gradually move from "determining which law applies" to "whether the evidence can prove the rights." (Caixin)
