Coinbase Bitcoin Premium Index records 55 consecutive days of negative premium, setting a new record

Odaily reported that the Coinbase Bitcoin Premium Index has been in negative territory for 55 consecutive days, from May 19 to the present, with the latest reading at -0.0072%. Previously, the index recorded 40 consecutive days of negative premium from January 16 to February 24 this year, setting a new record for the longest consecutive negative premium since the index's launch, surpassing the approximately 30 consecutive days of negative premium during the "1011 crash."
