Four.meme 联合 MAME 上线 Universal Subscription，超募代币按比例分配

Odaily Planet Daily News Four.meme, in collaboration with MAME, has launched Universal Subscription, which is open to all projects. During the subscription period, users can participate in subscriptions. In the event of oversubscription, tokens are allocated proportionally based on the subscription amount, and excess BNB will be returned; users only pay for the tokens they actually receive.

Project parties can customize parameters such as total token supply, sale quantity, liquidity configuration, whitelist, and transaction fees. The creation fee is 0.2 BNB (refundable if the fundraising is unsuccessful). Four.meme only charges a 10% platform fee on the tokens retained by the project party; if all funds are injected into liquidity, this fee is waived.

This move further enriches the token issuance infrastructure on the BNB Chain, providing a more transparent and orderly method for fundraising and distribution for popular on-chain projects.
