华为 "天才少年" Li Bojie 回应 Du Jun 指控:投资款未全额到账,离职获董事会批准
Odaily Planet Daily reported: In response to the public accusation by Du Jun, co-founder of Web3 venture capital firm ABCDE, that Li Bojie lacked a sense of contract, and the lawsuit against Li Bojie and his partner Zhuang Siyuan for refusing to fulfill the agreed obligations of sharing financial and business progress after receiving investment from ABCDE during the founding of Metagent in 2024, and subsequently going missing and absconding, Li Bojie responded, "The investment agreement stated that ABCDE Capital's investment amount was 1.5 million USD, but only 500,000 USD was actually received, with the remaining 1 million USD never arriving; the company's cap table still records this institution's equity based on the 1.5 million USD share. Due to the delayed investment funds, he and the co-founder both voluntarily reduced their salaries, and the company faced difficulties in hiring and development. In October 2024, due to personal family reasons, he could not leave mainland China, and as the Web3 project was non-compliant, he resigned from Metagent with the approval of the board of directors. He stated that up until his resignation, as CTO and co-founder, he had consistently fulfilled his duties of regularly disclosing the cap table and business status, and in accordance with the non-compete clause in the agreement, his subsequent entrepreneurial projects deliberately avoided areas such as Web3, AI infrastructure, and image generation."
