Odaily reported that the 2026 World AI Conference and High-Level Meeting on Global AI Governance will be held in Shanghai from July 17 to 20. Wang Ruomeng, Deputy Director of the Department of Innovation and High-Tech Development of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated at a press conference held by the Shanghai Municipal Government on July 7 that the Commission will release two achievements at this year's conference.
