MCSA shifts to a neutral stance on the Clarity Act after ongoing discussions regarding Section 604

Odaily reported that Fox Business crypto journalist posted on X platform, stating that the Major County Sheriffs of America has shifted to a "neutral" stance on the Clarity Act after ongoing discussions regarding parts of Section 604, i.e., the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act. In a letter to leaders of the Senate Banking Committee, MCSA stated that based on its continued review of the bill, there are still opportunities to further strengthen the legislation in a way that supports responsible innovation and the practical needs of state and local law enforcement.
