Odaily Planet Daily reported that Linkage Technology announced plans to acquire 100% equity of Northstar Technologies Limited from Renaissance Maverick Corp. through its subsidiary, Hong Kong Linkage Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., in cash, for a transaction consideration of USD 10 million. This acquisition will facilitate the localization of key technologies and related products for storage test equipment in China, filling the company's business gap and industry application experience in this field, while also improving the industrial chain.
