澜起科技：近日成功送样DDR5第六子代RCD芯片

Odaily: Montage Technology announced on its interactive platform that it has recently successfully delivered samples of its sixth-generation DDR5 RCD chip to customers. The chip supports data transfer rates of up to 9200 MT/s, a 15% improvement over the previous generation, meeting the stringent high-bandwidth requirements of next-generation server platforms.

The company is the lead standard-setter for the DDR5 RCD chip international standard. (Jinshi)
