七 departments: Promote the opening of computing power resources, guide platform enterprises to connect distributed computing power resources and management platforms

Odaily Planet Daily reported that seven departments, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Cyberspace Administration of China, and the State Administration for Market Regulation, have jointly issued the "Action Plan for Coordinated Development of Large, Medium, and Small Enterprises in the Platform Economy (2026-2028)." The Action Plan proposes to deeply implement the high-quality development of computing infrastructure and the action plan for computing power interconnection. It aims to promote the opening of computing power resources, carry out computing power grid integration, pooling, and interconnection work, guide platform enterprises to connect distributed computing power resources and management platforms, and improve the efficiency of computing resource allocation. It also advocates for the construction of a national integrated computing power monitoring and dispatch service platform. Furthermore, it aims to enhance the universal service capability of Tokens for platform enterprises, optimize intelligent agent services to meet the common needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, and lower the barriers for SMEs to access and utilize these technologies.
