Nokia Issues €500 Million Senior Unsecured Notes for Refinancing

Odaily Planet Daily News: Nokia announced that it has completed the issuance of €500 million senior unsecured notes under its Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The notes mature on June 5, 2032, carry a fixed annual coupon rate of 3.625%, and have been listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin. Nokia stated that the net proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, including the early repayment of its existing €500 million outstanding notes with a coupon rate of 3.125% due in May 2028, subject to the applicable redemption terms.
