British PM accuses Nigel Farage of dodging questions over £5 million donation from crypto billionaire

Odaily reports that the British Prime Minister has accused Reform UK leader Nigel Farage, urging him to stop evading questions about receiving a personal £5 million donation from Thai cryptocurrency billionaire Christopher Harborne, and questioning why the donation was kept confidential.

The donation was made several months before Nigel Farage stood in the 2024 general election and is currently under investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards to determine whether it should have been declared. In response, Nigel Farage stated that he was not an MP at the time and therefore had no obligation to report it to the authorities. Additionally, another crypto entrepreneur, Ben Delo, also provided a £4 million donation to the party. (The Guardian)
