Odaily Planet Daily News: The xStocks framework under Kraken's parent company Payward is set to launch services, allowing Kraken and partner platform users to participate in US stock IPOs at the offering price and obtain on-chain tokenized shares that are 1:1 corresponding to the underlying stocks, which are held by regulated custodian institutions.

Users can submit non-binding expressions of interest through partner platforms weeks before the IPO. Payward aggregates the demand, coordinates share allocation with the underwriting syndicate, and completes pricing, allocation, and token issuance on the listing day. xStocks tokens can circulate across multiple chains including Ethereum, Solana, and TON, and be used in conjunction with DeFi protocols.
