SpaceX IPO, Trump administration officials hold millions of dollars in stock

Odaily reported that a SpaceX IPO is likely to further enrich an already well-funded Trump administration.

According to the latest public financial disclosures from these officials, ten officials, from envoy Steve Witkoff to Small Business Administration Administrator Kelly Loeffler, have disclosed their financial interests in SpaceX or xAI. Based on last year's disclosures, the total value of SpaceX or xAI stock held by U.S. federal employees was at least $9.9 million and could be as high as $43.8 million. Since then, these officials have been able to sell all or a portion of their holdings without triggering additional disclosure requirements. (Jin Shi)
