SEC Commissioner: Tokenized Stock Regulatory Exemption May Only Apply to On-Chain Equity Products

Odaily reported that U.S. SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce stated that the SEC's "innovation exemption" for tokenized stocks is expected to apply only to on-chain equity products.
