According to the March meeting minutes, many officials at the time were concerned that "labor market conditions appeared vulnerable to adverse shocks." But based on the latest April meeting minutes, by the time of the April meeting, Fed officials had received a more optimistic March report, and most viewed the data as evidence of stabilization.
