The market oracle is priced based on the company's latest funding round, with the market determining the price via Hyperp. After the IPO is completed, the perpetual contract automatically converts at the IPO price. If the IPO does not occur, it is settled at the average Pre-IPO price. The CBRS Pre-IPO market is now available for trading, with an expected IPO date of May 7.
