Coinbase Launches Digital Credit Strategy CUSHY, Introducing Tokenized Share Structure

Odaily Odaily Planet Daily reports that Coinbase Asset Management (CBAM) has announced the launch of its digital credit strategy, CUSHY, and introduced a tokenized shareclass mechanism to bridge traditional credit markets with on-chain finance. The strategy focuses on three main areas: on-chain high-liquidity public credit assets, structured private credit for digital-native and traditional borrowers, and structured yield sources combining tokenization with protocol incentives. It is built on Superstate's FundOS tokenization platform, enabling on-chain representation of fund shares with 24/7 trading capabilities, and supports operation across multiple networks including Ethereum, Solana, and Base.
