Bright Smart stated that after the acquisition, it will accelerate its digital transformation and upgrade. It will also ensure stable operations and strictly comply with regulatory requirements in both Mainland China and Hong Kong. Additionally, Bright Smart addressed market rumors: "The company primarily serves local Hong Kong clients and will not expand its brokerage services to clients with Mainland identities.
