美军称将继续对进出伊朗港口船只实施全面封锁
Odaily reported that the U.S. Central Command issued a statement on social media stating that the U.S. Navy destroyer USS Pinckney deployed an armed helicopter to intercept a merchant ship in the Arabian Sea that day. The merchant ship subsequently complied with U.S. military instructions and returned to Iran under the escort of a U.S. warship. The statement also said that the U.S. military will continue to implement a full blockade on vessels entering and leaving Iranian ports. Since the blockade began, 37 ships have been forced to change course. U.S. President Trump said on April 13 that the U.S. had imposed a blockade on all vessels entering and leaving Iranian ports starting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time that day. Iran, meanwhile, stated that this action constitutes an act of war and violates the ceasefire agreement. (CCTV News)
