Coinbase and other crypto institutions co-sign letter to US Senate urging passage of the CLARITY Act

Odaily reports that the crypto lobbying organizations Blockchain Association and CCI, together with over 120 industry entities including Coinbase, Ripple, Kraken, and Circle, have co-signed a letter to the U.S. Senate Banking Committee, urging the acceleration of the legislative process for the CLARITY Act. Industry stakeholders stated that the United States needs to establish a unified regulatory framework for digital assets to clarify regulatory responsibilities and strengthen investor protection, adding that relying solely on enforcement actions cannot create a long-term stable environment. The institutions warned that prolonged policy ambiguity will lead to an outflow of capital, talent, and technology, weakening America's strategic advantage. They also called for the creation of tailored federal unified regulatory rules for stablecoins, tokenized assets, and decentralized technologies.
